Mineko was part of the founding team at Pathlight in 2009, having worked with Patsy, M.J. and Adrian at the founders UBS Financial Services since 2004. The client service continuity she brings to Pathlight is truly the cornerstone of our client experience. Mineko’s vast knowledge of Trust, Retirement, and Corporate accounts makes her a vital resource for all the firm’s clients and partners, as streamlining a paper-intensive industry is vital. In her time at UBS, Mineko served on the Advisory Council to Management whose purpose was to promote and improve office productivity and efficiency. Separately, Mineko became a leader in the branch's charitable work, partnering with HandsOn Greater Phoenix and managing fundraisers for charities that included Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Autism Speaks, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and Kitchen on the Street.
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Creative Writing, Mineko brings an innovative approach to both Pathlight and her outside interests and activities. At home she has a pack of shelter animals including two dogs and three cats who would like you to visit a shelter and adopt today! Mineko’s avid interest in ceramics has her attending classes at the Mesa Arts Center weekly. It has also led her down the rabbit hole into an international organization, the SCA, in which she is constantly learning new to her, but old to the world, arts and combat.
